Does It Matter If we live or die?

Does it matter if we live or die?

Does our presence mean something or anything to anyone?

Is my mere existence capable of saving someone else’s life?

Can someone love me so much that I mean them their world? That they can do anything for me?

Am I even a little bit of importance to anyone on this whole fucking world? Can I do what I wanted to do? What will people think if I do them? Will they stop talking to me? Oh, very few actually talk with me. But what if even they stop talking to me? Will I be left alone? All alone…like before!

Am I capable of being loved? God made everyone capable of being loved, you just need to wait for the right time and the right person, that’s what they say!

Being a teenager sucks! Isn’t it? Take it from one, it does!

Okay so my target audience for this article is actually those depressed, already given-up on life, who think like me that being a teenager sucks! Did I just described what you feel from the deep inside of your vast overthinking brain? Or did I just tell you guys what I feel from the same shit side of my brain? Well, let’s just say its both.

We all have a bunch a questions running a race daily in our mind. And some questions some thoughts are just like those fancy people, they’re always liked by everyone and these thoughts always overpower the others!

You read the questions above, I guess you must have if you’re reading this now then, on a scale of 1 to 5 how much would you rate them if you could relate it to yourselves. I bet most of you would range you rate from 4-5!

Yup confident enough! You know these are the questions that just pop in my mind when I start thinking about something. And the worst part of this thinking is at first whatever it may be that I was thinking about, I end up thinking about him! Caught me! Lol! Yes, I do think about him, always, whatever it is I start to think about in the end it’s him that I am left with thinking about. I don’t want to but I cant resist it.

I wish he could understand that.

You know,

Sometimes it makes me nostalgic, thinking about how you’d lie looking in the eyes so smoothly without hesitating a bit. How do you manage to do that? Lying with everyone, what made you such a big liar? I wonder who must be that one person or may be a bunch of people who lied to you so much  that you lost the faith of trusting people and started lying yourself! People aren’t born liars… have you ever seen a baby or a small kid lying? No, you would never! Unless that child who once trusted all and was betrayed has experienced something awful in life.

I think,

The “bad guys” aren’t actually bad!

They’re the most wounded people who haven’t been directed well at times of their downfall. Who now trust no one and treat others the same as they’ve been treated. Transferring the anger, the sadness, the guilt, the regret from one self to others and this goes on and on and on. Who think they managed themselves well on their own but the part which was broken isn’t healed yet, its just left with a scar which makes them more eviler to take revenge.

Addiction Recovery: the secret of 3 D’s

by line- Manasi Kadam

Have been over-thinking from a while? Do you not find a reason for your existence? The pills, the alcohol, the medication, the taunts…. Has this been your life these days? If you answered yes to the above questions that means You are addicted to something and this addiction can make your good-going life into a miserable living. But remember you can be recovered from these addictions and get ridden off if taken precautions at proper time . Now this addiction could be of any freaking thing like seriously from mobile phones, internet, video games, social networking sites to drugs, alcohol, weeds, that one person and what not!

It is human nature ( and seriously it is) we get easily attracted and attached towards negative things, shortcuts, easy way money etc than those which are positive, good, the ones that require hardwork. Ask me why? Coz no one actually wants to work their ass off ! Everyone is behind easy task more money shortcuts to get momentary inner peace and these easy tasks sometimes infact most of times compels the person to take a wrong path and the person himself destroys his life not knowing the further consequences!

Generally the word “addiction” is used while referring a negative vibe. Now that you are reading this article, that means you are here to know how to recover yourself from this so called “bad-habit” or addiction! Well well well you are on the right track coz if the thought of getting rid has come to your mind that means you know that this things is making your life miserable. No worries fam!
Recovering from an addiction actually requires: self control, dedication, determination, motivation, perseverance and self belief! You gotta believe yourself that you are gonna make it, you will do it! Yes, you will! I know. You gotta stick to the diet , to the prescriptions, to the modified daily schedule! No backing off. Ask my why? Coz the schedule planned is followed perfectly for the few starting days and gradually we start making excuses, we try to convince our mind things we shouldn’t. And the chain breaks and we are back to what we were! This should not happen! Nah, u gotta be dedicated, determined and doing it! The three D’s that is going to make you D BEST! okay, so this was about personal recovery tips!
Sometimes addiction of something and then recovering from it requires medication and exercises ! There are these mangical ways that you should consider and abide if you really wanna get recovered. According to the research done and reports read
These 5 Magical Ways will actually help you change your life if and only if the only the required amount of efforts are given!

  1. AVOID THINKING NEGATIVE!
i know it’s not that easy as it is to say but this is one of the main factor why addicted people find it difficult to recover! You start self labelling things like
    I am not worth it
I am not liked by anyone
I am useless, hopeless and what not
These self labelling leads to anxiety, depression and a complete discontentment of a person. Infact, it is found that a common fear of recovery is that you think you are not capable of recovery!
Create a new life where you surround yourselves with those people, places and things that won’t let you think about that addicted thing. I know it’s not easy but each little step everyday makes a huge difference! Recovery isn’t about one big change! It’s about a few little changes that can change the path of your life!
  • NEVER FEEL EMBARRASSED ABOUT YOUR ADDICTION. Ones people get to know about your addiction they start judging you, making bad comments, talking about you, try to disgrace you and what not! But remember you need not feel embarrassed for their absence of brain…. Surround yourselves with positive vibes and never fear from asking for help from your recovery circle which should include your close friends, relatives, family members, health professional and counsellor. Trying to recover on your own is hardest way to go! It’s what you’ve already tried-unsuccessfully. Addiction is isolating, your world gets smaller as you give up more of your life to make room for addiction. You have to get out from this isolation or else one day you’d be gone crazy! It’s a fact that everyone finds asking for help difficult. But in this time of your life ‘The Recovery Period’ asking help from closed ones won’t harm you in any way there’s no need of feeling embarrassed in that.
  • HONESTY IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Yes, you heard me right! Honesty has always been the key to success and here too you gotta be honest with yourself and with everyone in your recovery circle. When you are completely honest you don’t give your addiction a room to hide, when you lie you leave the door open. I know it’s hard to say the truth when you’ve been lying from a long time! It won’t come easily, you gotta practice telling the truth.
  • SELF CARE NEEDED!!
yes self care is needed!! Self care here does not mean fancy show off and going on trips vacations or shopping!! That is what people nowadays think self care is. These will eventually make you feel irritable exhausted and discontent. Self care begins with healthy eating and sleeping habits. Get enough sleep eat enough and divide your day such that you are able to do every hobby of yours and utilize the day the 24 hours so productively that the next day you feel to challenge yourself to perform better than yesterday!
  • NO PROCASTONATIONS!
yup, these procastinations allow you to push “the things to be done today” tomorrow or some other day! This is not gonna help you deal any matter not just this recovery! Don’t try to negotiate your recovery. Recovery is a difficult coz you have to change your life and all change is difficult even the good change. Use your addiction as an opportunity to change your life and then you’ll look back in your addiction as one of the best things ever happened to you! People in recovery often describe themselves as grateful addicts. Ask me why? Coz addiction helped them find inner peace and tranquility that most people crave for. Addiction though has bad effects or may be say worst but if you really wanna get recovered use this addiction as the way to your success !

I hope this article helped you in your small journey of Recovery! Cheers!
